Nestled in the heart of Valle Arriba, this thoughtfully designed apartment embodies elegance and functionality in perfect harmony. From the welcoming entrance to the stylish bar area, every corner reflects a carefully curated vision tailored to our client’s lifestyle.
Our design journey unfolded in five stages, prioritizing the most essential spaces first—cozy bedrooms that offer comfort, sleek closets with smart storage solutions, serene bathrooms designed for relaxation, and inviting common areas that foster connection. With each phase, we ensured that beauty and practicality worked hand in hand, creating a home where every detail enhances the experience of daily living.

As we explored the apartment’s layout, we noticed how the entrance led directly into the dining area, prompting us to craft a design that offered both privacy and aesthetic impact. Our solution? A striking centerpiece that subtly separates the entrance hall from the dining space without compromising openness.
Mirror columns, carefully positioned to create selective visibility, define this transition. From the entrance hall, we elegantly frame a console table—perfect for placing keys or a fresh floral arrangement. From the dining room perspective, these columns soar to the ceiling, extending their design seamlessly across the entire space, creating a dramatic visual effect. To complete the ambiance, a gorgeous lamp hangs gracefully, complementing the interplay of reflections and textures.
The result is an architectural feature that not only enriches the spatial dynamics but also infuses the home with personality and sophistication.
For this bedroom, our client had a clear vision—pale wood tones and soft greys to create a serene, modern atmosphere. However, the layout presented a challenge: the bed was positioned between two doors, facing the window, leaving no room for a traditional TV setup.
Rather than obstructing the beautiful view, we designed a clever solution—a sleek, floor-to-ceiling tube that discreetly houses all cables, allowing the TV to hang from it. This keeps the space open and airy while ensuring practicality.
To meet the client’s need for both a desk and ample storage, we crafted an L-shaped furniture piece with generous cabinets and shelves. The desk surface extends seamlessly from this unit, creating a functional yet stylish workspace that integrates effortlessly into the room’s design.
The result is a sophisticated and well-thought-out space where every detail serves both purpose and beauty.
For the bathroom and closet, our client wanted a seamless design that carried the warmth of pale wood throughout the space—a choice we fully embraced.
The bathroom showcases a beautiful blend of wood and marble, complemented by matte black accents for a refined, modern touch. To create a sense of privacy, we enclosed the toilet in a glass cabin, but instead of using frosted glass, we surrounded it with wooden paneling, giving it a cozy and inviting feel.
The layout includes both a bathtub and an enclosed shower, offering versatility and comfort. The spacious countertop for the sink is paired with sleek side cabinets for convenient storage. On the opposite wall, we designed a well-organized closet that blends effortlessly with the space, keeping the look clean and cohesive.
In the master closet, we introduced a striking design element to enhance the sense of depth and space—a full-wall mirror placed at the back. This clever addition creates the illusion of an infinite closet, making the space feel expansive and luxurious.
With the warm tones of wood continuing seamlessly throughout, the mirror not only amplifies light but also adds a touch of elegance, ensuring the closet feels open and sophisticated. The result is a beautifully designed storage space that is both functional and visually stunning.
The apartment's open layout offered a spacious and airy feel, but distinguishing individual areas proved to be a challenge. Rather than disrupting the openness, we designed separations that could seamlessly open and close as needed.
A wooden wall elegantly encloses the main living room, concealing sliding doors that lead to the adjacent TV room. If the client desires a more expansive space, the doors can be opened, blending the areas effortlessly. When privacy is preferred, the sliding doors close, disappearing into the design to maintain a clean, cohesive look.
Beside this wooden feature, we discovered the perfect niche for a wine cellar—a thoughtful touch for our client’s love of fine wines. Enclosed in glass, the cellar allows the collection to be displayed beautifully, while a marble-dressed wall enhances the elegance of the space, creating a refined contrast to the warmth of the wood.
The result is a dynamic and sophisticated home that embraces both openness and intimacy, offering the best of both worlds
